RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from LAB Twenty 9 will gladly be accepted for store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form with all LAB Twenty 9 tags attached. Clothing must be unworn, free of any stains, odors, hair, or distinct smells including deodorant and perfume. Returned merchandise will be processed and store credit issued within 7-10 business days upon receipt, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned.
Please note that all Sale items, Accessories and Pop-Up Shop purchases are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Return Instructions:
- Complete the form on the backside of “Return” Card. Please be sure to put the correct order number.
- Pack and secure your items in the original package along with this form.
- Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item is faulty on our behalf.
- Ship the item(s) to the following address: LAB Twenty 9 | 3880 W Cooper Lake Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30082
- Email support@labtwenty9.com with order number in subject line to confirm your return is on the way!
- Once we receive your returned package, items eligible for a refund will be credited back in the form of store credit via email within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
Note: Any returned item that does not meet all of the outlined conditions, will NOT be accepted and the customer will be notified that they must pay a reshipping fee to have the items sent back to them.
In the rare event your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return. In the rare event you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery for assistance.
